Most of us like to do this.
But what we know about good sleep?
Napping is good. Just keep it shorter that 20 minutes
(to avoid sleep inertia) and remember than once a day is enough.
Prefer silent and dark places to sleep.
That's really important for healthy sleep!
Consider some daily exercises to increase sleep quality.
Just don't exercise 1-2 hours right before the time you are going to bed.
Don't use mobile, laptop or tablet before going to sleep to avoid melatonin suppression.
